My darling colleague Nicole is quite the talent. She pulled the trigger early March by announcing her first solo show 'Shadow Damage' to be held on the 15th, launching her book alongside it.
In the week leading up to the night, Nicole, myself, her close friend Eva, alongside a few others with particular skills, transformed an empty space below our workplace. Starting with an essentially abandoned basement, we painted walls, mounted frames, suspended partitioning drop sheets, and strung display boards from the ceilings, creating an impromptu gallery space.
